We are not responsible if you have an event booked and you do not receive your item in time for one reason or another.
If you have one booked please discuss realistic delivery time frames so to avoid any issues.
Due to the custom make of the Video 360 booths, returns will not be accepted. In some cases, we understand that you might change your mind about your purchase and want to return it. We sometimes may accept the return as long as it is in the original packaging, we will refund your money, but not shipping fees and the 25% restocking fee, also you pay for the return shipping.
Video Booths 360 supplies a 1-year warranty.
This covers defects or faults from manufacture for the platform parts, flight case and motor.
This does not cover wear and tear.
If you feel you have an issue please contact support asap to discuss it.
Free logo offer wear and tear is not included in the warranty.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

This is a free add-on service. You supply artwork that is a hi-res PNG file. We do not accept responsibility for artwork supplied if the printing is low quality due to incorrect file/design quality.
